Time

This semester I have taken my New Year's resolution early. I will take more time to simply sit and twiddle my thumbs. And by twiddle thumbs I mean chill the hell out. I will climb mountains, I will not be obsessed with school work, I will think of what is healthy for my mental state, and above all things, I will take my time and attempt to live in the moment. Easier said than done, I might add, but still something worth doing. I have always thought, however, that anything you had to rush through was probably not worth doing. I've got lives ahead of me to rush in.

Maybe I'll complete some songs this year instead of putting them off. Usually I think that I'm not talented enough to "actually" write a song, so I don't usually finish them. Silly...three year olds write songs. Who am I trying to impress with my musical prowess anyway? Next on the agenda will be not being to scared to actually play in front of people.

I think these are very important goals. Wish me luck.
